It was probably the best "white" "euro" country the students could get (into). Eastern Euro countries have been doing some heavy advertising to get student dollars from developing shitholes. I wonder if the "medical degrees" a lot of these students are getting are pay to get a peice of paper. (Meaning the students couldn't get into a reputable university in their home country.)

Germany is the problem here. Them being contrarian and pulling Europe in the opposite direction of the US is what is causing all of it's vulnerabilities. This has been quite openly talked about in their political sphere for a long time. Merkel's policies have been an unmitigated disaster in the long term.

I've said it here before: Europe will not be going to war with Russia to soothe the Amerimutt's bruised ego.
