That's if what that one JP tuber is saying is true regarding her intentions and not just playing it up to throw her under the bus like all her other "friends".

Because frankly she could essentially get sued into oblivion.

Unpopular opinion: Rushia deserves another chance

To begin with, the objective facts. Rushia has, for nearly three years, been a skilled, hard-working employee at Hololive. She has brought in millions for the company in superchats, memberships, merchandise, ad revenue. Her success at the Hololive should prove that unceremonious sacking should not have been an immediate action as it seemed to be and that intense scrutiny should have surrounded the decision, with Yagoo ultimately deciding not to go through with it.

Yes, I understand that NDAs are a serious issue, but this could be a sign that the culture regarding them might require a change. The amount of effort Rushia has put in, for her fans, friends and company, as said before, should not have gone in a snap. A suspension would have been sufficient to allow Rushia time to regain control of her mental health, relax, and never interact with Korekore.

Secondly, I'll discuss some major "rrats" used by antis to discredit Rushia and make her fans look bad for supporting her in her vulnerable state. The first is that Rushia was fired over a relationship. Cover had every intention of ending the ridiculous controversy with their tweet supporting Rushia's right to a private life. It was only after she foolishly was in contact with Korekore that things were unfortunately escalated. The second is that Rushia maliciously leaked information about her coworkers or working environment. Our only source for that claim is Korekore. Being a dramatuber instantly discredits his statements, as he is acting to cover his own arse and expand his own influence on the internet, and not for the good of Rushia.

This is not a "Rushia did nothing wrong" post, this is a "Rushia did nothing malicious" post. It would have cost her nothing to give her channel to management until the Mafumafu situation blew over, whole she spent the weekend at an onsen or with a therapist (although the possibility that she tried and management was slow to react makes the situation even worse for Cover). Who did do something malicious was Korekore by accepting any information given. While I'll reiterate my understanding of the seriousness of NDAs, Cover's sacking of a talent in need of help, when a suspension, firm talking to, and admission to therapy would have sufficed, does seem cruel. Although this sadly won't come to pass, reconsideration of the circumstances, dealing with Korekore either through a court case or other means of shutting him up, providing of support to Rushia while she heals, and eventual rehiring would be the best way forward. The amount of positivity and profit "grand return" of Uruha Rushia would provide would be nothing but beneficial to the company.

I can't blame her for that, it feels like Ame had an Autism moment and made an assumption Kiara wouldn't accept it because she's in Europe, when Kiara would 100 percent jump on a plane to NA if given an extra week or so notice. Now that the surprise is out, there's always next time.
