He seems as ill informed as he did in that recent video. Dean reportedly still has/had the money from the GoFundMe. It wasn't donated to the institute of free speech. That's what he said he had planned to do, if his free internet lawyer got his case dismissed, which I think we only heard about after the fact.
In Crow's recap, he said that Vikki acknowledged that she was served (nope) and that Dean lost because he responded to the lawsuit in a video instead of filing a motion to dismiss.

Dean allegedly messaged @TheCosmicWarrior a couple of nights ago, when JDA was doing his show, and said that he thinks he MIGHT have a lawyer.
That's my understanding, as well. Crow also seems way behind the curve. He just now found out about the Spectre post deletions. That happened back in October.
I also noticed that Crow said $1,150. He's close. It was $1,130.

It could be any number of things. Including him intentionally talking shit. Based on my observations from Weebwars and elsewhere, they actually HATE each other. In my experience a feud between blood relatives can be some of the most brutal shit you've ever seen. But to your point, the fact that he didn't know about the Spectre deletions, suggests he's simply ignorant too.
Also, yes, you're right. His summary in that video you provided is at about 50% crap. Vikki never claimed she was served, and Dean never responded through a video. He's correct that Vikki had an order of default entered, and Dean never filed a motion on jurisdiction though.
Also, I'm just about to update my previous post on this with a local archive copy of the Flashcast clip.

Yes, it's my understanding that Dean is claiming Crow doxed him. Which to me, is silly, because:
1. As you say, he inadequately censored his own address.
2. Once he got sued, he was gonna be "doxed" by the clerk of court anyways.
Next time anybody wants to show their legal correspondence on Youtube, prior to a lawsuit, run a sharpie over that shit beforehand. Or photocopy it, and run a sharpie over that. Teachable moment, I suppose.

The reason why he never signed on for Ethan Van Scrivers motion to dismiss that would have cost very little compared to the debt he's incurring currently is because he spent all his money on cocaine. I think it's the same reason why he's still living at home when he's nearing 30. Normally you'd assume someone with that hairline had progressed further in life, perhaps a man in his early 40's.

Yes? No? Maybe? I don't even know anymore. I grew up in a simpler time where if you were born a certain gender, you stayed that gender.
Basically, as I understand it, he self-identifies as male to female transgender, but he's not post-op or anything, and I don't know if he's taking HRT. This all came out in the Gothic Sushi thread.
His falling out with Dean can be traced back to a costhot named GothicSushi. She ran afoul of Weebwars because she basically tried to manipulate KiwiFarms into being her personal army to go after cosplayers she doesn't like (it's like a "Mean Girls" High School clique thing with these bitches). That's a no-no in general, but worse is she wanted the Weebwarriors to go after people that have nothing to do with the Vic case at all.
It just goes to show you, once again, that costhots are cancer and should be gassed.
Anyways, to make a long story short, Crow sided with her, and Dean didn't. Hence the split.
Ironically, the manipulation of the Farms is a problem Dean has now been exposed for too. As moderators like @AltisticRight are well-aware.
