She 100% made a false report to police just to try to separate him and DeeDee. And the thing about her searching up people who killed their "abusive" husband is a bit worrisome. I think Chantal is even more insane than we think. If all her machinations come to nothing she may do something crazier.

She hates when substance use allegations are levied, but with jabber jaw (so a stimulant like coke or meth) and her stroke in the car - yea I know it wasn’t an actual stroke, but it was more than a fucking twitch - her body is throwing up some major warning signs of an incoming incident.

I highly recommend playing the video back both at half speed and at x1.5. It's a bit easier to see what's happening here, at least physically.
What I find creepiest about the whole thing is that she doesn't react to or acknowledge it. She just continues on as if nothing has happened.

And I don't know how the drugs she's been doing work on the brain, but if this is a result of drug-related brain damage (something that happened as a result of drug use in spite of being sober at the time), then she shouldn't be driving at all, full stop. This goes beyond the usual criticisms of her dangerously inattentive driving.
I suppose the third option is equally unsettling--she has no idea that it even happened, or at least how severe it was. If that's the case, it will be interesting to see how she reacts when it's brought to her attention. I say that as if she'll give a shit.

I have an alternate explanation for that seizure-like movement. It's awful, it's disgusting, and it's very on-brand for Chantal.
Any of you ever been around toddlers? In particular, the ones that like to shit themselves and pretend like nothing happened?
I've seen them do sudden "seizure" sorts of movements when the shit works its way around. They ignore it, but sooner or later something brushes against their skin and they get the little spasm movement like that. I would imagine it's like feeling a bug crawl up your butt -- and they cant help but give an almighty twitch when it happens.
Chantal was constantly shitting/pissing herself this stream. And while her frequent urination is likely a sign of the beetus, it's also possible that she shit herself and failed to wipe properly the first time, leading to liquid shit being smeared between her cheeks and causing the twitches. I mean, we know she doesn't wipe. So she had to find another bathroom quickly to try to take care of that, which might be why she washed her hands for a change when she was done.
(Or maybe the twitch came after the handwashing. I don't remember and I will not go back to confirm this.)
Regardless of the handwashing element, I think the spasm was more to do with her nasty ass being nasty than anything else. Thank god she didn't try anything on in the store. They'd have to burn the clothes she didn't take with her when she left. The clerk sure looked like she smelled something dreadful when she was ringing her up.
