For a little while after he got his first Section 8 apartment (possibly before Slingblade moved in with him) Phil was still drawing some shit for Autismlandia like road signs. If he still is doing his kindergarten doodles then he's not sharing them online, but I think he stopped because Slingblade made fun of him for it.
