I still don't know what "an eye in business for itself" means. I've heard "an eye for talent/fashion/etc." before. He sounds like me when I was 14 and I had my first job and I didn't like a manager telling me what to do. I went on MySpace and bitched about it and called him an asshole and all kinds of other names from behind my computer screen.

I think we all have that phase when we're teenagers, we don't like being told what to do so we go home and typerventilate about it on the internet for ass pats and validation. Near the tail end of your teen years, you start to realize that really, it was almost certainly you that was the problem, your attitude, and life means having to work with people you find disagreeable.
