Well, I mean, it's not like you can kind of control who calls themselves trans or not, who tries to make money or become some kind of spokesman/spokeswoman off of their trans status in the first place.
Like I'd love to be able to kick out all fetishists, never-dysphorics, and tucutes from the community for giving us a bad name but it's kind of impossible to do.
Nevertheless on 4chan's /LGBT/ board there is discussion quite frequently about being critical of late transitioners, fetishists, and there was even a thread on the monster in the OP.

@Rin that's horrible. How can someone do this to his own family? Has anyone even tried to get him professional help? Because he really needs it.

When he attempted suicide initially he was committed for two weeks and put on medication (he's threatened or attempted suicide several times for attention) and when he was going to church in Toronto he was on both hormones and pills for his depression and anxiety. Stefonknee then decided to stop taking hormones and the meds he was described around the time the church pastor formed a support group for him. I'm not sure if he's back on meds but he made it pretty clear in the documentary he wasn't going to transition anymore.
