Unless the west actually sanctions china and hurts China we could sanction Russia all we want and it won't mean jack shit because India and china are not party to the same regulations. Russia can simply sell it's grains and oil to china. Sure china might be cut out of the petrodollar but Russia could say china buy our rubble's instead and trade oil in rubble's and unlike some small country in Africa Russia and china have the military might and nukes to say fuck you to the imf financial system.
