The best way to help Russia would be to join the Ukrainian Erecruitment op, wait until you get shipped off to Kyiv to die for Captain Ukraine (as any brave Avenger should), and then start running around wildly calling everyone a "saboteur." Not only will you get a "ghost of" title on Twitter, but you'll also be doing the world a big favor.
