The Nux thing had nothing to do with nyanners.
Vshojo is primarily a melody endeavour. She was in the security call with nux (leaked by froot by accident, nux actually didn't call her out as being a lying backstabber)
For prosperity from a vshojo simp:
Vshojo knew about a doxxing group targeting vtubers for months and did nothing about it publicly, just protecting themselves and investigating it, trying to somehow stop it quietly.
They targeted Nux. He goes full investigation, links them to accounts through discord and eventually has enough to release an expose video on the situation.
He shows all this to vshojo, melody is on the call, they like it and release a statement on twitter saying he's been a help.
The video is released.
Full fucking meltdown.
This was obviously not communicated to any of the other vshojo members. They all flip about their own safety (because who gives a shit about the people being doxxed for the last few months right?) and further to that they all start attacking him with past stuff nux has done that has annoyed them.
They all obviously had a bone to pick with him for the forced collabs his videos basically are.
At this point vshojo twitter account DELETES the tweet saying they approve of his video!!!
Leaving him completely out to dry in the twitter cancel sphere going on.
He tweets that he believes the video is important and that he means no harm to vshojo members.
Removes it anyway soon after.
A few (if not all) members have since apologised to him publicly or in private.
I doubt snuffy or veibae did, their tweets were the most aggressive and they were harboring the dislike a long time.
And that's that. Nux releases a followup video calling vshojo out with tons of receipts for lying to both him and fans multiple times over.

Vshojo were trying to be a big grown up company and pretending they had a grasp on a situation they didn't by trying to keep it under wraps.

In general people don't like vshojo because they're lewd-tubers and the channers have a special dislike for nyanners because she renounced her edgy side when going legit years ago as one of her songs from 10 years ago was attracting unironic pedos, and since she now has a loli avatar, channers say she's a hypocrite.

She played too passive and too broadly spread. The biggest rewards to accelerate your growth rate and performance in the game comes from completing achievements, which is more than just a congratulatory asspat as unlocks for characters, items and powerups are tied to them, as well as the occasional coin payout for evolving equipment and other relatively simple things. The first time you evolve a weapon you get a 500g payout for it at the end of the run, live or fail.
It takes a few laser-focused runs to achieve a few big payout rewards to get the ball really rolling.

Ayame went two months without streaming at one point but she has 1.25 million subscribers and does OK (and she's both cute and entertaining). I think at some point management is going to have to tell her to actually start working again; apparently the application form for new members asks if you could commit to streaming 3-4 times a week.
