Nevertheless, this will just widen and deepen the river of bad blood between Ukraine and Russia. Russia and Putin will still be considered and treated as pariahs by the rest of the world. More Western arms will flow into Ukraine to re-equip the forces.

Even if Russia wins, they have still lost, and the ramifications of that loss have just started.

Who knows what will be around in 2090? I sure won't. But the river of bad blood between Ukraine and Russia isn't so easily dissipated. The Holodomor is still in the minds of many whose relatives lived through it, and there are still some who remember the German invasion and World War II. This war has only added to that bad blood.
