To my surprise, if not outright shock, there isn't. There is one grossly inaccurate section in Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 during the Seige of Sarajevo, a mission in Medal of Honor: Warfighter set in a Sarajevo that suspiciously looks like Mostar and a flight simulator set in the Kosovo War that for some fucked up reason decided to portray Serbia as an island nation.

Outside mods made by local autists, the Yugo wars aren't covered much in vidya.

Reminders of how the USA launched a war to cover up a Presidential sex scandal probably aren't going to gain much traction in video games until everyone old enough to remember what happened is too old to remember what happened.

"Russia declares war on the Straussians"
Zbig if true.

I've heard NeoCons called the children of Leo (Strauss) and Leon (Trotsky) in a figurative sense. I 100% believe that the Zelensky government has foreign Neo-Conservative advisors (given how many of them are in the US foreign policy establishment of both US parties). If Zelensky is smart, he will ignore some of their advice, which would be in the best interests of their geopolitical projects but not in the best interests of Ukraine. Still, it would also be in his best interests to keep a few around to get him some sympathetic ears in the US foreign policy establishment. Still, NeoCons don't have the best track record on military engagements in recent history, so we'll see how it goes if they have a lot of pull in his administration.

I think you might be thinking of the stories about that Chechen strongman Lieutenant who was killed, then he wasn't, then he really was killed.

All I know is that these Chechens have been talked up so much that if they do anything other than win the war singlehandedly it's going to be a disappointment.

Come to think of it, if the fierce Chechen reputation was gained fighting Vlad's army of drunken retards and torturing fruits there is a fair chance of them being overrated.
think of them as similar to the Chetniks of the Yugoslav wars. overhyped to the extreme as 'bestial supersoldiers', just because they got to rape and pillage a few places after air strikes or regular spec ops cleared them beforehand of the really hard resistance.

Russian paras captured. Were they wearing Ukrainian uniforms under their normal uniforms or do Russians use multicam?
we don't use multicam. could be a custom outfit for field exercises, for not get the main form fucked up drastically.
I'm more concerned that they wear the same ratnik pieces of uniform as I did back in 2018 during general exercise in my brigade.

It's Russia's multicam rip called "Deermoss" (or at least that's what resellers in English speaking countries have called it).

You can see it under the clothes of a couple of the dead VDV guys from the first days of the invasion, and I think a commander of a Battalion Tactical Group was pictured with some of it on (Or maybe that was one of the big Chechen honchos). Seems like for the most part they only have it for the lighter layer of their uniform.

EU officials in a couple of years if they win: "We didn't let you into the EU to be homophobic, islamophobic, transphobic, racist, nationalist little shits."
"Oi Vey, what do you mean you don't want immigrants? Ackmed and Mufubaba are just as Ukrainian as the rest of you! Sounds like you goys needs some Diversity training. And what's this about you telling us we can't let your 10 year old boys dress up as women and strip in gay nightclubs at 2 AM? Sounds like transhomophobia to me!"
