Holy shit. This is it. This is the worst one I've seen. Stumpy with half of it rotting off looked heaps better. That fucking video needs to be included in Run The Gauntlet. That is something out of a horror movie, if I woke up tomorrow and had that on my stomach, I would scream. They usually do the head of the penis in part two of the surgery. Once the arm sausage is all healed , they go back in & cut chunks out to create the head of the penis. Phallo is like a 3-4 step surgery even without dealing with complications . It's a real money bank for surgeons.
