Why don't they just... Dress normally? I don't fucking get it. If you don't want a target painted on your back, dress conservatively, not like a late 2000's hot topic-dwelling teenager.
Throw on some jeans- those are unisex, aren't they? I just don't understand the obsession with looking like a teenager or whore.

It is amazing that the same people who will constantly screech “sex is complicated! It’s not as simple as you learned in biology class!” also think that biological sex expression in humans is simple enough to flip like a light switch, with only a few pharma products and surgical interventions.

Yes, the expression of sexual dimorphism in humans is extremely complicated and not fully understood … which is why trying to change a kid’s sex with blockers and hormones is like putting a fence around the dinosaurs at Jurassic Park. Life, uh, finds a way.

For complicated chemistry reasons I don’t understand, red and pink dyes always fade quickly and there’s not much you can do about that except redye it, no matter if you go to a professional or not, or which type of dye you initially use.

… come to think of it, that’s probably why the “blue hair” stereotype exists; if you’re going to dye your hair a neon color, then blue shades are what you choose if you’re cheap and lazy, since they don’t require the same upkeep.

Also you have to basically bleach your hair white to get bright colours, so when blue dyes do fade, they block out the brassy tones from your fried hair without having to tone it.
