Kiev is surrounded on 3 sides and the only city that is under actual siege is Mariupol. The only areas that Russia controls decisively are the ground under their tanks.

Well I find it impossible to understand what's actually going on, but let's ignore my opinion that it doesn't seem logistically possible for him to get out. Would Ukraine actually let him out after his RT appearance even if it was?

If he got out he would've done a long winded 2 hour boomer livestream about the epic details of buying a train ticket.
