I used to get banned on FurryMUCK all the time because I would show up and just spam yiff in Hell furfags type shit and create objects that would replicate themselves and then move around spamming furry hatred. This was in the early period of MUSH/MUCK/etc type things where they hadn't yet eliminated the ability to create annoying objects that could spawn copies of themselves that could then themselves spawn copies of themselves, allowing you to literally nuke the server just by forcing it to spam copies of your dumb objects.

I think my favorite ban was a very long time ago by Stardock well before they started making video games and when they just made companion software for Windows XP. They had a piece of software where you could change out your login screen with custom art and you could upload and share your own custom login screens on their website.
So IIRC I made a custom login screen of goatse where the login button was right in the middle of the gaping asshole.
It was up for a few days, I think, before I got a cordial and obviously hand-written email from Stardock that concluded by telling me I could consider myself banned from the community.

I got banned on an unofficial (as in run by members of the community, mostly for trading) forum for the "global" version of a Korean MMORPG that I played as a kid back in 2005. The reason was because I admitted to using a bot script in order to AFK in the game. The reason this is relevant and hilarious, is because the game was literally designed with this in mind. The main server of the game (Korean version that plebs, i.e. non-Koreans, weren't allowed on) LITERALLY SOLD bot scripts for download on their site. The actual developers made the bot scripts.

It was pretty much assumed that everyone used the bot (because duh), but you weren't actually supposed to admit it on the American-run forum because... autism and retardation, I guess? Silly me.

I also got banned for 6 months on Dota 2 for being an autistic asshole, but which Dota 2 player hasn't?

I got banned from a Hasbro “member’s stream”, I (and many other shitlords) leaked the stream link to /pol/, /toy/ and /b/. The Hasbro stream had no account requirement, no moderation (at first) and no content.

That’s not what I got banned for but it did create the environment that lead to mass bans/chat being pulled down when trolls started ban evading and everyone starting shitting on a guest (who was a redskin).

I specifically got banned for spamming Terry quotes and talking about how a chat user performed sexual favours in exchange for a toy.

Nope, I left by the second year, and went to work in some job I agree and left after 2 months, Covid then hit and I eventually got into another art uni after a year and a half vacancy, but it was too insular and depressing because I couldn’t even go into college because of Covid rules so I was stuck doing my degree from a computer in my room for 9 months. I dropped out of that too and now I’ve in even more debt, all I can say is stay In school kiwis, so u don’t end up at a broke, twice failed art college autist who watches anime all day and lives with his parents.

Learning to code is stupid - that will be a minimum wage 3rd world country job in 2 yrs,
