I'm sure the Vickers have given this more thought than me but there's one thing I don't get. They agree to willingly put him as Xander's father (let's be real, it's what Ralph wanted so he can't be bullied about being paper aborted because he gives zero shits about the kid) and get shit that they would have gotten anyway except the two extra years of the restraining order?
When they otherwise would have forced Ralph to fight for it in court, spend money he doesn't have and (probably) eventually lose interest and let it go?
Or is their plan to get him on not paying child support?
Because to be honest I can't see any reason why having him as Xander's father would in any way be positive and it legally binds them together for the next 18 years.

Maybe it really was unavoidable but I really can't see how this will be good for the kid (other than the chance of getting him with failing to pay child support).

Edit: The TRO doesn't apply to contact with Xander according to Ralph??? These people are fucking idiots.

Yeah, I forgot the RO covered the child, too. If it isn't modified for visitation then it's pretty bad.

It's just so hard to keep up with this bullshit sometimes because it's hard to grasp the motivations of dumb wiggers.
Yeah I was about to ask if Ralph gets visitation.
He now has to pay for a child he can't even see because he had to claim the kid as his own to own da aylogs.

Did Vickers make this himself, get a few custom made to give out, or does he have a garage filled with boxes of these things? Is there going to be a Vickers' merch store? I reckon Vickers has been watching too much Metokur and has gotten ideas.

So the RO stays active for 5 years instead of 3, everything else that's happening is pretty much what's going to happen no matter what.

That's the master-stroke of a plan that no one in the right mind would agree to?

Am I missing something here?
If Ralph keeps having more outbursts a'la the "You got a loose puzzy, FaiFai!" he's gonna find it a LONG five years. PLUS, pending a DNA test that says Ralph *IS* the father of Xander, he now gets to owe thousands and thousands of $s!

Ralph, the person who didn't even try and fake a vax shot to see his mother in the two weeks before she passed, yet go his fat ass out to see Phish. That's the person who is gonna fly across the country several times a year to see his only begotten son?!

Can someone competent (ie not Vickers or Ralph) break this down please?
I'm not sure that I'm competent but as I understand it:
  • Ralph agreed to a 5 year term for the domestic violence restraining order. He cannot talk about Faith online, or harass her in any way.
  • Faith agreed to not fight any request Ralph has for a paternity test, provided he pay for testing. She also agreed to accept the results without a fight. This gets Ralph on the birth certificate, but paternity being established does not equate an automatic custody fight - he still has to pursue that himself.
  • DVRO applies to Faith, not Xander, so Ralph can contact with matters pertaining to Xander (probably through his lawyer?) and potentially request contact with Xander via things like Facetime.
  • Once paternity is established they can go after him for child support, which will be retroactive from birth, so he'll start out owing a year of back support.
However, having the DVRO (Plus the upcoming criminal hearing for him violating said order) makes Ralph look bad in any custody/visitation case he may try to bring. Being that Xander is still a baby, Ralph has never had contact with him and Ralph lives across the country, his odds of getting anything other than supervised visitation is slim.

Glad to see this vicker'S retardation will rope gator in. Gator really just should walk away . Also funny he gave his address to Vickers but not Ralph.
TBF we do not know that Gator gave the Vickerses his address. He gave them an address whee they could send him something and he could pick it up. Could've been a friend's place. Could've been a rented box in one of those private P.O. Box places.

Exactly. Anyone that thinks this is a W for Ralph is a fucking moron. The only the w he gets is to say he is legally Xander's father. Otherwise, he's getting fucked and will continue to get fucked for the next 18 years. And he may think he'll get away with not paying child support, but he won't.

It's not a big W for Vickers either though because now they do have to deal with Ralph more instead of having him completely cut out. It's an L for both, just a bigger L for Ralph... but barely. I'm not sure if getting to fuck him on child support is really worth having to deal with him trying to be in Xander's life, if he does.

God, why does each and every one of these pathetic fucks end up making Ralph the epicenter of their lives after they part ways? You spent years of your lives paling around with and slaving away for the living blog of fat and excess skin, this is their chance to hide and lay low instead of facing the constant shame of their past choices. Yet every single one stays around like a gnat trying desperately to continue to get clout so Ralph consumes as much of their life as he did before the bridges were burned. We know Ralph is pathetic and laughable, that's why we laughed at you too while you shielded him. Just slink away, dude.

Of course, all of this is still nothing compared to the man who continues to hold what seems like twitter press conferences to update the public about his young childs numerous court cases surrounding his grandchild.

I hope she gets the test and it turns out the dad is actually some balding beaner spic whose name rhymes with "Max."

We haven’t seen Xander for several months so we can’t check his face to skull ratio or his appendages for hooves. I can’t decide what would be worse, having Dax’s DNA or Ralph’s.

Dax is the father of Meigh’s baby too

I'd say it's definitely more of a win for the Vickers, but not the epic own they want to portray. The DVRO will make custody harder for him. Ralph will have to pay a lawyer for paternity testing and a custody case. They'll get child support and he'll get minimal visitation, probably supervised which he won't actually do with any regularity.

At the end of the day there is no W in having Ethan Ralph associated with your son, by birth cert or God forbid by actually being involved in his life.

He will have to fly across the country for maybe just hours supervised visitation as well, while his paedophile stallion sits in her stable to feed Xandrina. This will cost a lot of he wants to do it frequently and without a doubt he will transfer via Vegas, which will further drain his income.

He got the maximum gag order, I doubt he'll get even 3 years if he challenged it and he'll likely get the rest of the "deal" as well. Can Faith even legally contest Ralph's right to a DNA test to establish parentage? No idea, I won't call anything a W for the Vickers that doesn't involve cutting the fat out of their life but this is quite the L for the Ralphamale. A small L for the Vickers regardless of outcome was expected.

To Ralph though, this is a massive W. Although he can't shittalk the Vickers anymore, he gets to waddle his way onto the birth certificate assuming he didn't pimp Faith out to Dax, this will reverse the paper abortion and in his mind, he gets to dab on Josh and the farms.

Can't stop winning!

Someone I know was in a similar situation with a child born in another state (in this case the father is a genuinely great guy and the single mother a vindictive cunt). It took him three years in court just to get access to his kid, then he had to fly 4,000 miles round-trip once or twice a month for 18 years. At first, he only got supervised visits, for no good reason except that it was his first kid. All in all it cost him a few million dollars (when you include tuition and other major expenses) in child support and visitation-related costs. Ralph will be lucky if he can afford a bus ticket to California by the time he manages to get visitation— and I don’t assume he’ll be able to.

Bottom line: Ralph needs at least one more very lucrative income stream if he wants a hope in hell of affording a reverse paper abortion. Moving closer would not even help offset the costs, considering how expensive California is.
