A lot of surgeons are psychopaths with a hero complex, but at least most of them are actually saving lives. And he always seems to be on the verge of laughing at the horrors he describes because he's too busy trying to be cheery to show an appropriate level of gravitas and concern.

Absolutely, these teenage girls hate their feminine body because it is view as sexual by others (especially men) and/or intense body dysmorphia, this includes nipple and any erogenous sensation, probably because of sexual assault.
