Dexter can build complex machinery and is an expert when it comes to handlng dangerous chemicals. What can you do? I bet you can't even build your own PC for a start.

I already have. and it was a boost at the time an A8XE fatality 1 being one of the first. Now that was 20 years ago and its chip is still the fastest ever made.
