The next time I see a post begin with "to be fair..." someone is going to get disembowled. You can just say what you think, you don't need to preface every dissenting opinion with the suggestion of playing devil's advocate. It's a product the constant moral policing of ideas and it drives me up the wall. Heaven forbid someone think you might actually believe the things you say!

Apologies if it's a repost.
Looks and sounds... Drunk.

On a related note, the second round of negotiations has just come to an end. No funny snarks, no demands to give back Crimea and no funny hats from the Ukrainean delegation this time, only a dry statement that "the Ukrainean goals have not been reached during the negotiation".

No date for the next round of talks, either.

Not a good sign for Ukraine. Means they are having to be serious, which in turn means they are trying to get something out of the talks.

Only thing that could mean from the side on the defense is determining how much they will lose.

No, those are BTR, from the turret it looks like BTR-70.

For those wondering about camouflage, somewhere in the middle of 2000's ukrainians decided on digital camouflage. And while it did work out pretty great for their air force:

It didn't really work out that great for their vehicles, because I guess either incompetency, corruption, lack of skill, or all of the above. Below are some of the less half assed variants.

And then you have this.
