SSA does not file tax returns for its recipients you moron. If the only income you make is from SSA, you generally do not need to file a tax return. So the part about you making more than $12k either means you were scamming welfare for over $12k, you weren't actually making over $12k, or the trust fund your parents set you up with was paying the taxes at the entity level so all distributions you were receiving was tax free.
