"Full of legitimate folks" is dangerously stretching the truth even for Reddit nitwits. There aren't many vets or combat medics or EMTs willing to drop everything and touchdown into a HUGE unknown battlefield situation no matter how experienced they are. Shame on fucks like this trying to pump up others under false or inflated pretenses.

I have a theory that God/evolution made the majority of people NPCs because life used to be short and brutish, and even now people get sawed apart by cartels just for fun and they accept it because they don't know any better--but at some point those who aren't NPCs improved their lives and built a civilization, dragging the dummies with them. Yet the dummies refuse to evolve, or maybe they aren't capable. Same difference.

Now, in 2022, there are people who have spent their entire lives calling everyone they disagree with Nazis, but because of social media they are now discriminating against an entire nation of people and calling for war to defend a corrupt country filled with literal nazis.

The eternal NPC.

I swear these speds think they’re in a Marvel movie or some shit. I can imagine these losers will at best be turned away by Ukranian military as deadweight. Or worse; savaged by desperate Russian teenage conscripts just abandoned by their platoon.

Another one of those "everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth" situations.

The problem is that unlike a 100lb college girl trying to throw down with a bunch of neo nazis and getting casually laid out almost immediately, getting your head blown off by a sniper doesn't provide a lot of opportunity for learning.

I don't even know if it's still up but it's probably buried too far down the twitter rabbit hole now. The best video I saw is of a guy coming out of his apartment to yell at a UA soldier in a BMP which is hidden in the courtyard on the shaded side of the building. The soldier shoots a machinegun at his feet and forces him back into the building after shouting back at him.

There's another more famous one of Azov at a border checkpoint forcing people out of their cars at gunpoint for forced conscription. I think that one is in the happenings thread.
