And his vast collection of children's toys in a house with only a couple in their 40s have led some to dark speculation regarding their purpose.

Plenty of accounts with decent followings troll other people on Twitter. Some are more obvious about it than others.
My pet theory is that Pat is a big, loud, attention absorbing distraction from the day to day pedophilia and financial tomfoolery of the SFWA.
