They claimed that the thing they wanted the most out of the revenge porn case was the conviction, if that was true, then it makes some kind of sense that it's to use it against him when he tries to get visitation/custody/anything.

I don't know, I would have stayed out of it and as far away from Ralph as possible when he said he wasn't going to seek paternity and would "wait" for Xander to come to him, the only reason he's trying to prove paternity is because they have kept prodding him all this time in multiple ways. Is it really worth it when they could have just had a Ralph free life instead?

Best case scenario for them is that Ralph can't pay child support and gets in trouble for it, maybe even triggering the suspended sentence, that and a judge telling him to stay the fuck away but that seems unlikely, it would probably be "meet these conditions before you can see your son", who the fuck knows, either way, I would have probably done all I could to keep Ralph off that birth certificate.

I'm only speculating here, but it could be that instead of letting things die down, which could leave the door wide-open for noted sudden-urge-enthusiast Ethan Ralph Esq. to suddenly come down in their lives like the unholy mess he is if/when he has the notion crawl up his leg, they're going on the offense to try and tie up what Ralph can do legally so if and when he does get that whim that he wants to see his only begunted son they at least will hopefully have him tied up in so many knots that his legal options are limited and if Ralph decides to exceed those they'll have the law and agreements on their side.

Ralph declared his income as 70k/year when he was initially arrested for the revenge porn, it was generally agreed upon that he greatly exaggerated the number because he knew that it would be a public document and already at that point he was not making that much (remember DLive tracked all donations and Ralph had received about 22k in 2+ years or something close to it?) of course there's the merch, other donation services, etc. but there's no way that would have added up to get him to 70k.

He seems to be getting a lot less donations, he did get a boost with the KS.tv website but that is gone and even if he came back with a different service, he's said that replays won't be exclusive which was the reason a lot of the paypigs signed up (plus a lot have left after the whole Metokur humiliation).
Ralph might be making a bit more than what most people generally think but I doubt it's 70k a year, if he tries to claim that his income went down by more than 50% I imagine the court will be suspicious since he hasn't really changed "jobs" or anything similar. Not sure how it would work but if the child support is calculated on anything close to the 70k (and I guess Faith not having an income), he's gonna be fucked, no?

He can probably try to hide his income like Vickers claimed but if that gets found out, won't he also get in trouble with the IRS and have to pay them back?

Either way the whole thing seems like a clusterfuck and a big headache for Ralph just so he can be on the birth certificate and maybe get a video call a month.

I doubt Ralph has played the tape forward and realized that going down this route is going to shine a light on his financials. If his plan is to boast or even imply that he’s hiding assets or income, he’s going to find out how family court judges deal with retards like him.
