I gotta disagree with this. It's pretty clear that Russia has been using their C-Teams & D-Teams for the invasion. They're holding their A-Teams and B-Teams in reserve. Exactly. In more modern military terminology, what Russia is doing is known as a "probing attack." They're testing the strength of their enemy by sending in their weaker units. All of the people who are laughing at Russia are in for a rude awakening. Putin knows what he's doing, and they're laughing at him because they don't understand strategy at all.
Russian propaganda isn't stupid enough to make the claim the majority of Ukrainians support Russia.. It's only one small area of Ukraine that has an ethnic majority of Russians. Even then, the assumption that those individuals support Russia is dubious at best. These are descendents that were forced to move there under Stalin.
Eh, I'm still not sold on this idea, but I am considering it. A lot of the equipment was really old shit that they probably wanted an excuse to get rid of anyway. Don't forget, Russians are literally the best chess players in the entire world.
