Canada *as a whole* is mostly Canadian; Canada is more Canadian than America is American, for example. It's mainly a problem in certain urban areas. I think Vancouver and Toronto in particular are majority non-Canadian. Toronto, especially, is particularly absurd; not only are they majority not ethnically Canadian, but literally speaking, a majority of the Toronto population was not even born in Canada.
