Family courts are very used to dealing with people trying to hide money/income and it only serves to piss judges off. In the end it doesn’t matter, if a judge knows you are fucking around he will just order whatever amount he feels like. A judge has guidelines/ formulas to use on child support but can order whatever payments he wants in the end, and this power is given due to the games ppl play and lies they tell.

Plus child support is based on the percentage of time a child spends with a parent. It’s why you have some parents always going to 50% custody to avoid support payments. In Ralph’s case Xander spends 100% of the time with his mother and that’s not going to change.

Vickers has said he does it to goad Ralph into mistakes that can be used against him legally if needed, but at this point there is more than enough info on Ralph to justify only supervised visitation at most (in the event paternity is established). Ralph will continue to post more evidence on his own, in the form of threats against various people and evidence of substance abuse and anger problems.

At this point Vickers and Faith are flinging such unnecessary amounts of shit that there's a chance a judge might look at all the shit flinging (including all the damning evidence on Ralph) and just disregard it all as mutual combat. Family court judges have VERY LOW TOLERANCE for this type of shit flinging and will not wade through it to see who initiated it, who is lying, who is going the lowest...they didn't go through law school to deal with retards. And it's not like it's that big a deal. Ralph goes to a lab, rubs one out into a specimen cup, then everyone waits for the results.
