I miss this like you wouldn't believe, the top of hour BBC world service in any part of the world was great for basic information when comms were down, either because of a coup or some planes flew into buildings. I'd drop everything when I heard Lillibulero on the radio but ten years ago it went to shit and now I can't listen to the woke garbage they shill 24/7.

Probably a wise move - Poles make up less that 1% of the population now, so they wouldn't be reuniting any "lost brothers," and the US, UK, and EU would immediately economically ass-rape them for playing footsie with the Russians and doing territorial reclamations.

Here's what you can do if you're worried:
Just take a break from the news and instead do what you enjoy and do well. Play games with your family, do sports or meet your friends outside. It's absolutely okay if you're having fun!
Do not watch the news alone, but preferably with your parents or siblings. Ask when you don't understand something and also talk about it if something scares you.
If you want more information, then use search engines like "Ask Finn!", "Helles Köpfchen" or "Blinde Kuh': Then you will only see information that you can understand well and that doesn't show any bad pictures.
If you can't sleep, talk to your parents about it. It can also help if you write down your dreams or worries. Then you don't think about it as much and you can fall asleep more easily. A nice bedtime story can also distract you.
If you want to feel better, you can sing out loud. That sounds a bit inappropriate at first, but singing out loud blocks the area of the brain responsible for fear.
If you don't have anyone to talk to, you can also call the grief number. It's free and you don't have to say your name. This is the phone number: 116 111.

The difference between Iran and NK is Russia can feed/fuel itself... plus some. And China is always looking for food and fuel.
If Russia can figure out how to look only east then they will be fine with out Western brand name shit.
Most western branded consooomer garbage is made in China anyways. So you may not be able to get Levi's but you can get the knock offs and ghost shift versions just fine.
