Fighter shootdown and pilot capture. Ukranian Air Defense is really picking up

Edit: second aircrew member appears to have been DOA/KIA
Edit 2: Ukrainians are claiming it was a Su-30

Previously we've seen dashcam footage that allegedly showed Ukranian checkpoints opening fire on civilian vehicles, but if this was something the Russian forces were doing on the regular, we'd have heard about it happening a lot more by now.
Was the previous footage posted in this thread?
The Sky News footage they just claim it's "Russian Saboteurs" who "roam the country side" which is nonsense. Even if they were Russians, if they're saboteurs behind enemy lines they won't be obviously Russian so how would someone being shot at by them distinguish them? They wouldn't.

I'm convinced Ukrainians, for whatever reason, are killing people and then just claiming "saboteurs" regardless of which end of the rifle they were on. In the Sky News clip they say that these saboteurs shoot civilians who are leaving which frankly sounds much more like pissed off Ukrainians than something the Russians would bother with.

They simultaneously need a no-fly zone from NATO, yet have allegedly taken out 10,000+ Russians on their own.
Not contradictory Ukraine could take out twice the soldiers and equipment they claimed and still lose handedly, that's kinda why we have big fuck off militaries with lots of fucking guns even if they're allegedly ran like clown shows

Well there were reports that the "40 miles convoy" was actually just series of smaller pockets of vehicle groups. Apparently lots of the vehicles either broke down or attacked to the point it made terrible jams for the supply lines
This is like if the US launched an anti-narco campaign on Mexico but the troops had to come back after getting trough half of the border states to re-supply, hilarious.

100% they're doing this, and it just adds to the fog of war - how do you know what's real? You either blindly trust/reject it based on your biases, or you remain neutral until you can prove it is real. Unfortunately, a great majority of the population cbf researching things they're not totally invested in, so they believe the media they're provided by their trusted news station.

You need to keep in mind, war unites people REALLY fast and easily, ESPECIALLY if it's a defensive war. Nothing unites people like The Other, The Foreigner, The Invader, The Occupier, attacked us, bombed our cities, killed our civilians, and occupied our homeland. The Jingoistic shit that came out of 9/11 and Pearl Harbour weren't exaggerated and aren't strictly American traits.

There will be a massive insurgent movement, that will make occupation a certainty, anyone who thinks there won't is lying to themselves.

You mean like Chechnya, which sustained a brutal war and occupation by Russia and is now happily providing troops for this invasion?

There has been a confirmed missile strike out side of kyiv, UN forward observers have confirmed it hit sneediskis feedskis and seedskis.

The missiles apears to have been fired by a pro-russian ukranian man by the name Chukinov. He is rumored to have previously owned the store, though under a different name.
