Nice to see you Met the President, did he shit his pants?Dude was high on something and stark raving mad.
I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS.I'll take Clown World for 1000, Alex
You just reminded me that Cheeto Man is banned everywhere. How is he supposed to campaign outside of rallies and The Donald? I wouldn't be shocked if television stations made up reasons on the fly not to run his ads.Not like it's going to stop them from trying regardless.
Anything to stop MAGA. And then there's the part where progressive brownie points can be won.
I thought the idea was that Kamala was the ideal candidate, and Biden was just to get her through the door and now they just have to wait to get Kamala her ten years.
Don't forget criminal and civil investigations that could disqualify him if he DOES choose to run.
Word of mouth, which matter more than commercials that ree at him.You just reminded me that Cheeto Man is banned everywhere. How is he supposed to campaign outside of rallies and The Donald? I wouldn't be shocked if television stations made up reasons on the fly not to run his ads.
Maybe the Dems don't have to cheat (as much) this time, because what's the need when your opponent is virtually invisible?
Plus, no matter how much they hate him, they need him for clicks/ratings. You see the death spiral CNN is in right now? It wouldn't be nearly as bad if Orange Man were still in office, for reasons we all know why.Word of mouth, which matter more than commercials that ree at him.
More importantly, there are protections for candidates.Plus, no matter how much they hate him, they need him for clicks/ratings. You see the death spiral CNN is in right now? It wouldn't be nearly as bad if Orange Man were still in office, for reasons we all know why.
The news hasn't started lying less. They've gone from canceling random Twitter people to the world's most popular podcaster to the entire concept of Russian identity. You just reminded me that Cheeto Man is banned everywhere. How is he supposed to campaign outside of rallies and The Donald? I wouldn't be shocked if television stations made up reasons on the fly not to run his ads.

Anything except, ya know, be America first. It will be Trump vs HRC in 2024 and the Dems will do anything and I mean anything, to win.
Depends if the GOP is willing to win.Do you honestly see an outcome where Trump gets elected? Where more ballots aren't found at 4am in just the needed amounts by chance? Where some counties have 100% voter turn out, even those voters that happened to have died that year? Where mail in votes are counted for weeks after the election date? You know..they just keep trickling in until HRC has the win by coincidence?
Wait what? You went sight-seeing in San Fransisco? Lol. Did you get to Civic Centre? It took me 13 hours to get in trouble with the law. Wife insisted on seeing the sites, I insisted on beating a random druggy hobo who accosted her with my cane. Resolved now, more or less solidified my decision to leave.
Upside, met another kiwi here going the same direction.
The only remotely reasonable rationalization I could see would be if Biden kicks the bucket and Harris just comes out and says she's not interested in running again, thus leaving the field open for another candidate. Or better yet, Harris resigns before Biden keels over so the replacement VP doesn't feel obligated to run since they were never elected in the first place. (Not that that didn't stop Ford from running back in the 70s, but it's an out.)If Hillary is the candidate, that is a tacit admission by the DNC that the Biden/Harris administration is an absolute failure. What argument can they make for a Clinton presidency? "Yes, we ran the country into the ground for four years, but trust us, Hillary will fix it"? I doubt America buys that, and no amount of fortification will be enough.
something something demoralizationWTF is with all of the doomerism in this thread, all of a sudden?
I believe the reasoning is the GOP(e) will at leat put a brake to the insanity while the populist faction start taking over the local/state level politics.I am wondering why people are putting faith in the GOP in Washington. It's been clear from their action in the last few years, they (aside from a few exceptions in the GOP and DNC side) that they are simply part of the ruling class and parrot the rhetoric because they simply want to further their careers.
At state magnification, things are more unpredictable, the Uniparty appears to not have as much of a strangehold at that level.
I don't get the outrage over kamalahs explanation. She was doing an interview on a rap station. Do you think the listeners would understand Cold War history, Nato and Russia's claim of buffer states? she played to her audience.
Hey, three times was apparently the charm for PedoJoe…I know the Dems are strapped for fresh talent, but would they really go back to Hilary Clinton? She's lost two presidential elections at this point and hasn't everyone inside and outside of the party moved on from her already?
She played herself.she played to her audience.
Let's take a look. After 1 year gas prices have hit $4 a gallon, we embarassingly exited Afghanistan leaving the Taliban in charge, leaving america looking so weak that Russia is making a comically inept attempt to return to ussr, inflation is ramping up daily, and will hit plaid soon, our logistics have set themselves on fire (while our secretary of transportation has taken a year of paternity leave off to rape a pair of babies) grocery store shelves are getting more and more bare by the week. And we still have 3 years of sniffin' Joe to go. Everything the man touches instantly turns to rot. He's polling in the 30's publically, so I'm sure the real numbers are half that and theres an exodus of dem establishment mostly because of it (and the fact that a lot of them are 80+ years old)Hey, three times was apparently the charm for PedoJoe…
Trying to switch incumbents after one term looks oh so damning, though. Quite a value proposition when they basically admit that their players over the past term were a dumpster fire, but that you should *totally* trust their options this time around.
