Feb 28, 2022 - Chris transferred to another facility

I suspect a combination of factors caused a deterioration in Chris' mental and emotional condition and he was transferred quote unquote for his own safety.

A birthday in the klink, not at 14 BLC, no presents opening, no autistic videos squeeing over his birthday toy haul, no fake internet friends to celebrate with... just another day behind bars.

Plus in his initial letters he talked about how he got along with nearly all the guards and the food was pretty decent most of the time and lots of time for Goddess meditation blah blah blah. This always felt like cope or denial to me.

In his more recent letters he talked a lot about all the good people and about all the haters. I took this as Chris feeling very isolated and lonely, retreating into fantasies that there are still people somewhere who care about him, and fantasies that the haters will get theirs.

tldr I think Chris's fantasies started breaking down in the face of reality, the guards got tired of his nonsense and either started ignoring him or dismissing his bullshit conversations when he tried to lure them down the Sonichu hole. He realized he's alone, he's not getting his toys back, he's not getting out, and nobody cares. He probably got depressed as all hell and/or started lashing out to the point where the authorities got concerned he was going to an hero himself, so off to a psych facility for the Goddess.
Chris: "Hello, Fwen, would you like to hear more about the word of Sonichu and the resurrection of the Electric CPU Sonichu Goddess?"

CO: "Get Bent, Faggot TrAnny Rapist".

Pretty much. Maybe not so abusive lol, but I bet something like

Chris: "Good morning dear gaoler, [Goddess Christine merge sperging.]"

CO: "Slide the tray through the slot."

Chris: "[More sperging.]"

CO: "Shower in fifteen minutes." *walks away*

Chris: (:_( :cryblood:

I don't think Chris could maintain for long not getting the constant interest and attention from others his narcissism demands

So, in between my normal autism-fueled rounds of checking Lolcow/Onion Farms for any interesting Angry Canadian behavior, I found something interesting pertaining to this. I forwent the usual policy of screenshotting this from Onion Farms as A. It would've been two full page-sized screenshots and B. Against the new sewer-green backdrop Kengle has, reading white lettering begins to fuck with your eyes about half way through it. So instead this is a copy and paste job from Onion Farms, some insight on Chris' inner thoughts and what he might be going through in the nuthouse, as written by Yellow Armed Impostor:

"Warning: Long Ass post ahead, but hopefully a worthy read. An Onionfarms Exclusive.

Prologue:
I have been getting so sick and tired of seeing so many people talking about what they think Chris is going through at the nuthouse and most of them are talking out their asses. So, I finally got in touch with a relative who's been semi-estranged from family for a number of years. He had a 6 month stint at the local state funny farm (bad reaction to some psych prescription in the late 80's), so I asked him to take a look through some of the recent CWC videos and letters for his testimony on what Chris must be going through right now based on his own personal experiences and seeing other patients coming in, on the condition that I never bring it up with him again so no follow-up questions. I know that most Kiwis and Onions are going to dismiss it as hearsay since there's no hard docs or evidence to back up what I'm about to type. All I can say is what I'm about to post is what my relative described. It's up to the reader if they want to believe it or not.

From what he described, this is most likely what Chris is going through when he arrived at the nuthouse and what his average days are like in there.

The Intake:
You're brought into an intake office that can either be you & the worker talking across the desk or a "confession booth" type room with a plexi partition if the patient may be potentially violent. They take your basic info like your name, SSN, age, and a few other questions like whether you've been having thoughts of suicide. Then they weigh you and check your height & temp. After that, you're told to strip and take a brief shower. If you came there with any clothes in a sack or luggage, they would take it away for a couple of days in order to have little white name tags sewn onto each article. After your shower, they give you a one size fits all pair of flimsy linen pajama bottoms, a flimsier bath robe, and a pair of flipflops. If you only came in with the street clothes on your back, they'll hold them in storage for you for special events like court appearances or field trips, and all you'll get to wear are the above mentioned pajama bottoms/robe/flipflops day in day out.

Welcome To Your New World:
After they hand you a set of papers that detail all the rules you're expected to follow, they take you to the Day Room and just leave you there to fend for yourself. As a noob, you start out with zero privileges. That means you have to ask the nurse for permission to do *anything*. Want to drink from the fountain? You have to ask for permission. Want to take a shit? You have to ask for permission.

Your New BFFs:
Other loonies are gathered there in all sorts of shapes, sizes, and mental afflictions. From the guy who can't be allowed near crayons because he keeps trying to shove them up his pee-hole, the guy with the constantly runny nose but never uses a hankie so that his entire stache & beard is bedding material for one big disgusting beard shaped booger covering his lower face, to the quiet guy who's there because he stabbed his mother and lapped up her blood. You have to choose your friends very carefully there, or things can get wacky damn quick. The more Hannibal Lecter types are kept locked away in their own iso rooms, but even the more manageable ones they allow to shuffle around in the Day Room can be easily riled up.

Dah Rules:
As mentioned you have to ask for permission to do anything there when you're a noob. There's also other rules you have to obey and if you slip up even just the slightest, the punishments will come swift and certain. Most times it's just forcing the patient to stand in the doorway of the ward's "Quiet Room" for an hour if it's not occupied. That may seem trivial, but try to stand perfectly still like a statue for over an hour or else the clock gets reset to 0 and your time starts all over again. You'd be crawling inside your own skin.

For any of the more flagrant rule violations, you'd be put into the Quiet Room and locked in there alone until the next morning or next week to think about what you'd done. It is literal solitary confinement in a room where everything is stark white. If you had done something really violent like fighting, you'd have to spend that time strapped down to the bed with restraints and a bonus Thorazine injection into your asscheek to mellow you out.

His guess is that since Chris always wants to do his own thing and he never listens to authority, he's no doubt already had a few run-ins with staff that resulted in stays in the Quiet Room by now. And since Chris never learns, he's certain to get into trouble with the staff very often in the future, preventing him from ever earning any new privileges. This can make him a target of the more predatory patients in there, who will make it their hobby to rile Chris up on purpose as often as they can just to get him sent off to the Quiet Room.

Med Time:
State nuthouses don't have budgets large enough to carry an assortment of psych drugs, so the usual one-size-fits-all Thorazine is handed out in liquid form in tiny dosage cups mixed with some generic name Tang drink for a mixer (no pills to hide under your tongue). Doesn't matter what your major malfunction is, it's nothing but Thorazine for you and you and you unless you have an actual violent sort of adverse reaction to the stuff. These meds aren't there to make you better. They're there to make you into a shuffling chemo-zombie that won't be a bother to the nursing staff. From the time they roust you out of bed at 6:30AM to the time they send you back to your bunks at 10PM, you're so heavily sedated that all you want to do throughout the day is sleep but you're not allowed to so until it's bedtime. Even being caught trying to rest your head in your arms at a table will get a crackdown on you. It's a form of sleep deprivation torture.

Entertainment:
Don't expect even basic cable. It's whatever channels the antenna on the roof can pick up. Other than that, it's just a bunch of ancient books from the 1930's-50's that the local library threw out and board games that are unusable because most of the pieces are missing (swallow hazard). If you're lucky you might find a complete deck of cards. Definitely no MLP episodes or Wii hooked up to the vidya.

The Food:
Imagine how awful jail food is, and then realize that nuthouse food is even worse. No pizza or cheeseburgers. It's usually the most mushy, bland, disgusting stuff from the cow that even prison grade foodservice won't accept. Think of stuff like a pile of mushy, scalding-hot servings of squash, some broccoli with the occasional dead boiled grasshopper still inside the pile, and a mushy, greasy scoop of congealed "meat" that's often served with green & fuzzy bits. There is a canteen where you might be able to get human food like a small can of soup or soda, but you only get access to those places maybe once a week and you're only allowed to spend a small predetermined amount of money per visit no matter how much or how little is in your canteen fund.

Calisthenics:
This is the part where I know that Chris is having the most Hell on Earth imaginable right now! In the evenings after dinner, everyone is herded into the gym to perform daily exercises. No Exceptions! Even if your legs are too weak they'll still tip you out of the wheelchair onto the gym floor and order you to do situps. Make a fuss and you get punished. Do not complete the required number of pullups/situps/pushups and you get punished. Chris will hang there on the pullup bar like he did in that video but this time he won't be allowed to give up. The lead of the group (a male orderly) will be screaming at him like a drill sergeant and will not allow Chris to fuss his way out of it this time. When Chris obviously fails to do even one pullup, he'll be punished by being ordered to run an extra 50 laps around the gym after all the other gimps have been herded back into their ward to line up for their showers.

Then it's sitting around bored AF in the Day Room till 10PM and it's everyone in their beds and lights out for bedtime. At 6:30am all the room lights are turned back on by the nurses and everyone is ordered out of bed, and the whole thing happens all over again, day after day after day.

Epilogue:
Chris is in the worst hell he could have ever imagined. Trapped 24/7 with a herd of slow in the minds, being told "no!", and every time he acts up or refuses to follow orders the punishment comes down swift & certain. And there's fuck all he can do about."

Well, cornering lesbians in the restroom, stalking women in Twitter, sexually harassing dudes at TMG to fulfill his AGP fetish....and everything else Chris has done. I just don't understand why people chose to just gloss over it.
He was always a creep and a pervert who didn't understand boundaries, but incest and possible rape is a whole other level of fucked up. Maybe many of us were just overly optimistic in thinking that he was a relatively harmless pervert who wasn't going to move on to more serious offences. Obviously that was very mistaken.

Honestly we should probably have seen it coming after he became fully delusional, the view of him as a harmless creep might have held true for classic Chris, but modern Chris has none of the boundaries Classic Chris had, it was only a matter of time before Chris deluded himself into doing a crime.

I don't think it was delusion at all that drove him but a desire to gradually encroach on the boundaries of others. Notice how his antics started out small enough but just kept progressing. That is very calculating.

It's also the common desire/progression of very young children who are going through the process of socialization. They naturally push boundaries in an escalating fashion until they learn what boundaries are and not to violate them. Chris was and is too egotistical/selfish/narcissistic/whatever to accept that boundaries apply to him, plus Bob kept him from being put in an environment (spergschooling) where he would have had a chance to successfully learn to 'respek boundaries.' Regular public or private schooling isn't designed to tard wrangle past a limited degree which Chris far surpassed

Here's an alternative take:
There probably isn't even a TV to speak of in the rooms, just your bed, a desk and maybe a cheap radio headset or whatever book you're allowed to rent depending. There's probably movies, but those would all be in the common room, and can vary, if they do have one though it's likely old VHS tapes of cartoons or family movies. Some DO have video games as an incentive, if they do it's most likely just a wii with wii sports and maybe some party/shovelware thing you can all play together.

What defines when mental health evaluations are able to be discussed in front of the public? Does it have to go to trial? I'm just imagining if his lawyer wanted to present them as a factor to be considered in his case, is it a different situation in this scenario than a trial where a defendant's lawyer presents that information and it is then available to the press or anyone in attendance (assuming the public is allowed to attend)? Like I did just a quick search for an example and the Unabomber's psychiatic evaluation was able to be unsealed by the news media... and I've seen plenty of trials where a psychiatric doctor testifies. Is there a reason that isn't considered confidential?
It will not go to trial. See the FAQ by @Pointless Sperg. Don't take your information about court procedure from what you see in the media. 🤦

Thanks to my role as Cwcki janny, someone PM'ed on Discord claiming to work for an EMS in central Virginia managed to look into Chris's record and reveal some info without violating HIPAA. That person claimed that Chris was moved via ambulance with police escort and a staff ready to administer sedatives if required, though the latter is nothing out of the ordinary according to them. The location as also manually entered, as the record would normally have a predetermined set of destinations.

I hope the experts here can explain that this means.

Good work!

Sounds like it was some kind normal procedure, indicating that what we thought that Chris was not a prophet and was waiting 6 months in order to get into some kind of mental care facility is (possibly) valid.

Hopefully they'll have him ready for that plea deal.

Yeah all that violates the hell out of HIPAA. HIPAA doesn't start at the medical facility door. It starts when any medical care is initiated, which includes EMS showing up, checking you out, putting you in the ambulance, taking you to the hospital or some other medical facility. The EMTs showing up and doing their thing and taking you somewhere is medical care. It's covered under HIPAA. As is getting non-emergency medical transportation, a service provided by ambulance companies.

Somebody told me they were told something on Discord and now I'm telling you what they said isn't information, it's story time.

All right fine the truth is that Doctor Strange opened a portal in Chris's asshole and broke the multiverse and ended up killing Barbara so all of Chris's efforts were wasted man!

I guess this is the biggest clue we have as to where they took him to.

Evidently it's not one of the usual places a patient would be taken to. However, what does this mean exactly? Considering the rumor that he's in Western State Hospital, would Western State be included in the list of predetermined destinations as it seems to be one of the places people like Chris will most likely be sent to? Does this mean he was sent somewhere else not on the list? Or does the list only contain proper hospitals so psyche wards must be keyed in manually?

Also there's a possibility that the location is on the predetermined list, but the person filling the report simply chose to key it in manually anyway.

This just raises more questions than answers.

We had a guy who was completely sane in every way but loved to drink. Alot. He burnt every single bridge around him and would come into our CSU(crisis unit) for lockdown so frequently we called him revolving door. He chalked up on his Medi-fax sheet around 18 million dollars in medical costs he had no intention of paying and because you can just go to a hospital and tell them u r gonna kill urself, they dont charge u for it up front til after u r cleared and u can just keep doing this forever on the tax payers dime. Well, my boss(the doctor) decided he wanted to send him to a long term mental asylum for no less than a year since he became such a frequent flyer and that means Baker Act Court with a medical judge. This dude came into this private court room with just me, my boss, two NAs and his lawyer. Judge asked him just to come to the stand and he literally pulled his pants down and shit all over the floor and himself while yelling “YES JUDGE I DO LIKE MY GRANDMA”. It was the most surreal experience I had ever seen, mind you this guy not once ever done something even remotely crazy as this. Just an alcoholic asshole. Judge freaks out and says he made his decision and we walk out with him getting 1 year asylum. We get inside the hospital van after he gets force cleaned up right? Suddenly all the insane retard shit just drops and he smiles at me and goes “Did you see that judges face? Im guaranteed getting 100% disability and free housing for life now buddy I got long term on my medical record! I win! Lets celebrate with some cigarettes back at the unit ya?”. This event and some other notable ones made me immediately stop caring about my career path, my college degree and time spent and more over want to quit. At that moment I knew that we werent helping anybody who really needed and we didnt even know how to cure it and the only happiness here is if you are the doctor making nearly 7 figures seeing a person for 15 minutes and prescribing him thorzin as a sleep aid.

He gave it away by correctly identifying the judge, and his timing. A floridly insane person would not be able to do that. If he had done it before the judge was in the room, etc... in a random fashion, that is one thing. But, he did it once the presiding official was in the room, meaning he was capable of identifying the judge, his role, and what it meant to act out at that moment. He demonstrated understanding and intent. He was clearly coherent and rationally functional. The judge was just an idiot and bought into it. That is why a judge shouldn't be making the decision. Anyone with advanced mental health training would have seen right through it.

Here we go minimizing this criminal shit.
