I think it’s interesting that he brings a comic out so soon after people here called him out on abandoning the arc.

The problem is that trans ideology is vague and contradictory. Gender is simultaneously innate and mutable. Kids don’t have to adhere to gender stereotypes, but if they don’t, they must be trans. Whichever stance Bill takes on Money is going to piss someone off, and I dare say there are plenty of cancel-happy people looking to see how he covers the pedo aspects of the story.

Of course, if one were looking for a reason to cancel Billy again, you could point out that as David wasn’t trans, he has nothing to do with trans and intersex rights. Clearly Billy-boy hasn’t done his research. Very problematic.

It's name is definetely Finnish origin, but yeah, the device itself predates Spanish Civil War also.

I'm also tired of foreigners regurgitating the same "Le wacky finnish things" bullshit, and the last thing I need is this delusional fag doing it.

Imagine people who actually had the proportions of people in Bill's comics. They'd be hideous mutants with severe craniofacial deformities. Their eyes would literally pop out of their head every time they sneezed. How has this man been at it this many years and it still looks this utterly shitty and the opposite of charming?

I will never cease to be amazed by the bravery of people like Billy, who never have or ever will experience any real level of violence.

Oh and Finland sided with the Nazis in WWII. Those Molotovs were thrown by fascist allies at socialist worker-soldiers. Stolen imagery, that has to be some sort of "violence" if the laws of wokeism are evenly applied. Somebody should probably tell LaBelle that history is complicated.

Aw I wanted to make fun of the REALLY bad art here but the site won't let me do anything with pictures tonight it seems.

Instead I guess I'll just say the French comments are all pointing out that 3/4 of these examples are wrong.
Caroline Thibault cites a Quebecois historian with a podcast who pointed out that molotov cocktails were a spanish invention, Labelle admits they didn't invent them, just the name.

Cesare Batuffolo says he's pretty sure the drying cupboard was invented by an Italian, Labelle admits that it was actually first patented in the States but it's popular in Finland.

And no one understands the personal space claim.

Also just sliding back a few pages to this comic (apologies again, site's not letting me play with images tonight) I REALLY thought this was a edit someone made of Stephie lecturing Labelle until I saw they were talking about banning kids from sports. Has Labelle already forgotten that 2/3 of those crisis' (the pandemic and global warming) were all happening while Labelle was raising money for a book on transgender kids in sports?
Labelle put all other projects aside, including the ones that are supposed to be a full time job like Assigned Male, to make this transgender kids hocky book because it was the biggest most important issue in the world an authors had to speak up and have representations in the media and blah blah blah but now it's not kosher to focus on because...I guess the invasion of Ukraine was the global signal to drop the subject and move on?

My gf’s sister is one of these people. She makes >$70kUSD/yr to sit around on her laptop at home as a “labor organizer” and she’s always whining about how she’s broke. I’m sure it doesn’t have anything to do with her spending $20-30 a couple times a day to get food through ubereats and just not trying to stick to a budget.
