It's not known, but popular theory is that it is Phil's longtime subservient cuck, PlanetJeff (notoriously giving $2k for the Jasper reveal in what appeared to be a prearranged pair of tips).
Jeff has a decent job and his wife died, leaving him some money but psychologically damaged and looking for love in all the wrong places.
He largely disappeared after he was doxed and the social media of his workplace was spammed, which somewhat aligns with the emergence of the scheduled daily tips. He was also still actively giving to Phil's Patreon and commented in an Ask the King segment about Phil's future gaming schedule so that he could book time off work. So he didn't leave.

Phil finished a part of his rant with how YouTube shouldn't allow toxic people and should ban them. I hope he gets a taste of his own medicine and people learn how to report him and use the right methods.

Yeah I'm slowly coming around to the idea that people might as well fuck with him, as the hands off has no impact on how Phil will act, and he pretend that we fuck with him anyway.

Cyberpunk segment, holy shit he just won't shut up about cyberpunk, did the one shop with the strap ons in the window hit a little too close to the butthole for Phil?

Cyberpunk is a looter shooter, it borrowed from too many games so it sucked but Horizon also does the same thing but is so much better but no one is talking about horizon so it sucks too as he plays skyrim version that "borrowed" from a ton of mods.

Dues Ex is better because a game set in a cyberpunk setting is stupid shit that wouldn't make a good game it's boring. The whole world is immature now poop jokes and butt rape jokes.

On the topic of dinner, Phil said that Kat was at work today - she left during the prestream podcast.
But then he says 'they're' having beef bowls, something that, along with tuna casserole and Mexican bake, are Kat-cooking specials. He has never indicated that he cooks the beef bowls.
If Kat is working full-time, she'd have to be working 8 hour shifts. That shift would mean she isn't home in time to prepare or probably even eat dinner with him before he starts the night stream.

Assuming that he isn't lying to cover the fact that he's ordering DoorDash, it would mean for all of his blustering about how hard she is working and begging because of difficulties affording his days off with her, Kat is still working part-time hours.
