If you can't do something well and at 100% of your ability, why lie about being to do it? I don't get how Thomas can do it all of the time other than his NDP and ego. There's a laundry list of things I've stopped doing because I just wasn't good at it and happy to admit it. While there's things I can't do well yet continue to work on it and will admit too, like painting. I can't paint worth shit on a canvas and my miniature painting could be better but I need to support my hand due to the nerve damage and even then it's sloppy if you look at it close up. Hell even my art isn't up to par compared to what I used to be able to do. Now I just make dice and do some light sculpt work. But Thomas admitting to his faults? Never going to happen.
