General Discussion for Virtual Youtubers / Vtubers / Chuubas - it's okay to be a simp for 2D, just don't thirstpost.

I know this is gonna sound cynical as all hell.

But the Idea that Rushia, the girl who apparantly can have a single drink, and be so drunk she smashes her face into the ground injuring herself.

One day chugged pills to try to kill herself, and then the very next was well enough to be carrying out her social media rebranding.

She was already back active again and retooling herself to pivot onto the personal account on the day of Cover's announcement, the idea that she attempted to OD the day before which ought to have resulted in a hospitalization if she genuinely made an attempt on her life, and then less than 24 hours later was making a well timed and executed social media pivot to redirect her old fans onto her new account. is...... (no pun intended) a tough pill to swallow.

Either it's an outright lie intended to garner sympaty, or her "attempted suicide" was "she took 1 extra aspirin and got a tummy ache" because this is too unbelievable otherwise.

All Vtubers are money hungry, its a job. They don't do this for fun. Anyway, from the amount of money she is making, it looks like she will be fine. I don't know how much Coco makes after going independent, but I think Rushia or whatever her new personality/avatar is will probably become the most earning independent Vtuber.

Thanks for the info. Fiddled with yt-dlp in the last days and tried it out for the stream. As far as I can see it's working fine. Don't pin me down on that but I will upload it if everything works out even if it's not something worth archiving.

I tried to download the stream, but all I got was the three minute false start video of her playing with her pussy.
