On Darrick not vaccinating his kids; I can see him genuinely not doing this even pre-grifting. That retarded movement affects all spectrums politically after all. He also could be completely lying; it's not uncommon for anti-vaxxers to just straight up lie for attention or updoots, or in this case "clout" for money.
On Vengercon being a shitshow: Given that Darrick only responds or thinks about it whenever it gets made fun of for how little he thinks about it due to
, might as well do some preliminary shitposting about things a TTRPG con should have that Darrick almost certainly put no thought into and what he put minimal brain into. Why? Because it's funny; it's why Dashcon was hilarious, and why Fyrefestival was a hoot.

Because it's funny; it's why Dashcon was hilarious, and why Fyrefestival was a hoot.- Venue: Darrick was at least sober enough to remember to buy a reservation at the Double Inn's little convention hall. He has not however thought about how mandates still apply, since the venue likely has distancing requirements at least. I've done very minimal looks on this, but it's likely going to be a policy of the locale and the state.
- Accommodations; Darrick has not put any thought whatsoever on reminding guests to get their own accomodations, since 100 bucks for a 3 day tour will not cover room. It can't; the place alone costs at least that per night.
- Activities: Darrick has barely put any thought into this at all, let alone run plans for it. As of right now, it's only himself as a GM for hypothetically up to 100 people. He has no Co-GMs planned out or committed to running, no itinerary or modules he wants to push specifically, and no refs on hand to break up potential fights or conflicts. He also does not have any extra resources alloted in case people go without specific modules. Bring your own shit and assume you can read his high as fuck mind I guess.
- Activities 2: Does he have any plans if his pay pigs start playing OSE, Blood and Treasure, Mork Borg, or other OSR books instead of his own? That's a possibility since there's more than him in the makers, and he hasn't specified. Also those games have different paces, so how will he manage that.
- Activities 3: He only has the campaigns and a panel where he pretends he can totally DM since he wrote a book on it lol. That's not enough for 3 days, but this wastecase doesn't know that.
- Activities 4: He doesn't have any panels or ideas on say how to make your own game ideas come to life (GM workshop or writer's workshop), he has no peers invited to sell and talk about their own games (having a couple of OSR creators on board would be a good idea), and he doesn't even have things like comedy panels planned, like "story time" where you talk about bad games gone good or so on. It's just his games and letting him brag about himself. It's a pure ego project from a fool who is not very sociable, doesn't GM via voice, or even runs longer campaigns anymore.
- Vendors: He has put no thoughts at all on how to organize a store space. I assume that only his garbage books will be available here. On top of that, how is he going to sell the books. Will it be like a seminar where he overlooks the crowd of paypigs trying to buy stuff they almost certainly already have? Because it's this lack of thought due to weedlmao420 that had I'm Board drop him. You need to sell more copies, and that fails when your small fanbase you don't focus on growing slowly already has your shit on hand.
- Budgeting: Conventions cost a lot more than people think, even rinky dinks like this ego project. I wouldn't be shocked if Darrick pissed away the money already by going to Disney World recently, given those muppet pictures I saw a good while back. Did he reserve the money, or does Danielle have to pay for his vanity project.
- Enforcement of Civility: What does Darrick plan if his small crowd gets rowdy? Is he just going to let them do whatever, or will he have to enforce basic rules?
- Age checking: Darrick stated you have to be 18+ to enter. Who is going to check their age, and will it be with an ID.
