There isn't really a limit on them, strictly speaking, though at a certain point you have to have a really good reason for it. Generally the first one is free and pretty much any decent lawyer can put together reasons for one or two more. After that, it gets trickier.

As others have speculated, I think the last one was the attorneys agreeing to hold off a few weeks to get Boogie to accept a plea. Based off his comments since then, I'd suspect he'll finally take it, though predicting the big man's actions is a dicey proposition at best.
