Here's a good question. Toxic in what way?
Not talk about her on stream or not talk to at all?
Talking for sure. They can barely talk about Coco, and she graduated. For Rushia, who was fired? I’d imagine she’s fairly taboo. Hell, Haachama has been claiming her Minecraft stuff so it doesn’t get deleted, so…

No, they've talked about her a few times on stream. There's clearly not a company taboo, it's just that either they don't want to talk about her or there isn't much to say now that it's all said and done. Also I can't help but wonder if Haachama's really trying to protect Rushia's stuff, she did fill up the holes in the house with TNT. Did she actually say she was trying to keep it from being destroyed?

I'd say going to the Japanese Keemstar and leaking possible confidential information about the company you work for and your co-workers is deemed "toxic". They'll not refer to her just for that alone.

Let's get real and think about this reasonably. I'm sure Rushia genuinely appreciates her audience and is very thankful. And I'm sure she genuinely enjoys streaming and isn't only doing it for money or attention.

Is she incentived by the simps to lean into thing, no doubt. But this is leaning into the idea that she's just doing content for money and nothing we've seen or heard suggests that. Hell she may even legitimately enjoy doing GFE.

From what I know of reading this entire thread and checking leaks, Rushia has tried to make it big as a content creator since she was a young teen. Streaming on NND, posting selfies etc. Just to get a fanbase. So I'm sure you're right in that she genuinely wants to stream and she enjoys it. And I'm certain she's super appreciative of her fans for supporting her, especially after all of this.
But this is Kiwifarms. We discuss here because we don't want to mince our words or coat them. And ultimately, if she's doing it for money then good on her. Money's important. If she also enjoys it while doing it for money, all the power to her.

I agree with these. I also think that Rushia genuinely care about her audience/fans. But, not in the healthy & balanced way.
This trait made her not good for business.

As far as we know Nolan. All we can do is speculate but seeing her previous debacles obviously leads us to believe she is possibly a suicide-baiting grifter rather than an actual suicidal girl.
Seems a bit presumptuous and negative. I posit that it's more complicated than just. Yes or no, perhaps the answer is both.

Disclaimer: Just hypotheticals.
I have seen this thread mention BPD and thought it could be used as a POTENTIAL explanation.
Recurring thoughts of suicidal behaviors or threats
But there is something else to note.
Efforts to avoid real or imagined abandonment, such as rapidly initiating intimate (physical or emotional) relationships or cutting off communication with someone in anticipation of being abandoned
Mabe she that it isn't her lying about feeling suicidal but rather she could've used the fact she felt that way to avoid abandonment. Abandonment that more likely than not was in her head.

How right or wrong such behavior is it subjective.

BUT I concede that it is toxic. Not in the Twitter way (which is probably what I was thinking when I read your first comment). But rather in the, that's a toxic-relationship, kind of way.

BPD, which is what we speculate she has, has a symptom of suicidal thoughts.

Nolan, we aren't fucking psychiatrists, we're internet retards who laugh at other retards.

Look man. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and I'm not going around diagnosing people whose lives I know nothing about and whose issues and private concerns I am not privy to.

Just learn to point and laugh at the anime women on the screen.

I um, perhaps didn't frame it right.

I'm just trying to give a bit of possible explanation. I'm not intending to do anything else then help give potential reasons.

I'm sorry. I didn't mean for it to be like that.
I have edited it to be a little better, if it isn't good enough, idk then. I'm just ashamed.

Relax Nolan, you take these things to heart too often. I understand you might've been a fan of Rushia, but that shouldn't undermine her shitty behavior and lack of thinking, before, during, and after her termination. She's just dumb, and maybe she does have BPD, we're not sure, but we shouldn't be playing armchair psychiatrist over a dumbfuck who couldn't wait a weekend for her company to do the damage-control for her.
