lol...this list is a LOT less 'unconditionally surrender, motherfucker!' than before. that last part TBH is the only sticking point, because both sides could agree, things happened orderly after this and at a certain time in the future the Russians attack again, because the deal wasn't 'legit' because it was struck with 'radical movements': "I AM ALTERING THE DEAL, pray I do not alter it further!"
