Some of it too is convoys that don't really make a lot of sense. I can't see sending unarmed fuel trucks anywhere without at least an MRAP with them for protection. Likewise, in some of the confirmed videos of Russian convoys, you do see escort vehicles.

That's the downside of never being able to know the story behind some of the content shared.

One of the earlier photos shared back near the end of February showed a (alleged) Russian convoy wreck but surrounded by intact civilian vehicles nearby (as in right beside them in both directions) and the road showing no signs of damage.

Personally, I think what they're doing is taking old ass destroyed vehicles from the previous wars, towing them out to locations, and then filming themselves walking around them. Granted though, they have made some legit kills you can certainly confirm. The whole shit though from their end of things just feels way too much like the white helmets from Syria.

I think that's the point of the decree. If they borrowed 100 mil rubles, they now get to pay back 100 mil rubles instead of the actual value of the debt.
