If you are hired to design a vtuber you should keep in mind that you are designing a vtuber and not something like a gacha game or VN character that just has to exist in static images and sprites. If your design can't be rigged well then it's not a good vtuber design. At the very least Cover should be communicative with their designers during the process to let them know what kinds of things do and don't look good in l2d.

Yeah, for sure. I had the same IP for 2 years before it suddenly changed. I would be more surprised if it was not her. Plus even if you do restart your router, that doesn't guarantee you will end up with a different IP.
If they have static ips over there, then why has this only been discovered now? The collab was on february 12th, almost a month. I would have thought that the autists would immediately search the whole board.
