More evidence that Zelensky doesn't care about the safety of civilians

Why would he reject a cease-fire to evacuate civilians? I thought he wanted to spare innocent lives cause he's a compassionate western leader. Could it be because he knows Azov fighters will mix in with civilians in corridors out of Mariupol? I'd imagine he wouldn't want his most hardened fighters being processed on the Russian side of the border. I guess he cares more about optics than the safety of innocents.

It's not just uncaring. It's tacitly acknowledging that he'd rather have Ukrainians die than shred his optics.

If his civilians are getting out safely that means they won't be fighting Russia, and if they're not fighting Russia they won't be dying, and if they're not dying he can't claim Russia's committing war crimes.

I assume he knows that at this point, without his human shields, the Russians would GRAD his cities into ruins and bounce the rubble. The longer the Ukrainians fight, the more likely this will be the outcome. I'll bet this is part of the slow encirclements, to give an escape corridor, as well as to not outrun their supply lines. Americans, and by extension the West in general, are spoiled by the American Military's logistical capabilities. We're the best in the world at it and I'd imagine that without the US to support them European NATO would also have a clown show for a logistics train.

Even our own logistics suck at times and we're the best at them. Military logistics and supply in general is a whole lot harder than people think and with the advancement of military tech, keeping armies supplied's only gotten harder, not easier.

Our logistical capabilities are dependent on 700+ bases and installations around the globe. It's not unique American genius.

Why would he allow the Russians to buy time when they are winning? Yeah send the civilians up where are 40 mile convoy logistic nightmare is so we can refuel. LOL Fuck that.

Btw, I read multiple posts saying that nuclear weapons threats were such bullshit, and that they are useless for taking Ukraine etc.
Consider this: There are tactical nukes with small yields (some you can even dial in through some physics magic, I assume it retards the reaction or smth.)
That was literally the USSR's doctrine if they ever invaded the west. Radiation-hardened vehicles would just go in after using a tactical nuke to clear the area.

Or, like, I guess they could just send the VDV into the nuclear fallout 'cause why not.

You don't want your military to be too well-supplied. You need to keep them shorted sometimes, so that they're always angry and eager to kill people.

France & UK tried a big boy intervention in Libya and ran out of munitions after like a day

I’m kinda curious: source? Couldn’t find it on pol.
I got it from /k/
As I wrote yesterday
It's a bit jarring seeing how much /pol/ and /k/ are so polarized on the Ukraine war.
I think /k/ is probably being too optimistic about the Ukrainians, but I am enjoying their memes a lot more.

/k/ is making /pol/ look like chumps,
but right now I can't find the original post even archived there.

They can use the data the US collected after sending troops into the epicenter of a nuke in the 50s lol
It's fine, if you don't care about them dying a few decades later from all the cancer...

Mostly agree but I don't think the Russians want to level the cities, they just want the puppet of the West out and their puppet in.

The other option is keep innocents trapped in a warzone. This is what Zelensky chose for his people. Now the blood is on his hands too. Why would the Russians agree to let Azov slip through their fingers by hiding among the innocent like sand niggers?
