General Discussion for Virtual Youtubers / Vtubers / Chuubas - it's okay to be a simp for 2D, just don't thirstpost.

Lmao "she's lazy/doesn't care about Hololive" rrats destroyed.
the most dedicated schizos will say its an excuse, but i hope she can keep going as well as she can

Apparently she was silent for so long because she didnt want to say something till she got good news about it, that must be really rough tbh, so hopefully she goes back to form

and to boot, this stream alone probably just made her more than some NijiENs in pure memberships kek, the numberfag anons are gonna have a field day and the trolling will be exquisite

Something that severe sounds like it would have been useful to bring up on a tweet or something, at least to not leave fans in the dark, but Gura only said she had Covid after the fact so whatever. Maybe she just didn't want to be a downer. In any case, I hope she makes a full recovery.

Peace was never an option.

I will now watch your company.

Obviously she hates working at Hololive but needs a justified reason to quit in order for Ina to stay as her friend. So she jumped off the third floor with a rock strapped to her back in order to get some serious back pain so she could quit. She's planting the seeds with this stream so that when she announces her graduation later on, we'll all understand it was due to her "unforeseen" back pain.

Incase it wasn't obvious, I am incredibly sarcastic and do not seriously believe what I wrote.

Well, shit. She could barely manage 20 minutes before the pain was getting to her. I wonder if she was in a car accident or something? Poor girl.
Could be anything, but if you don't take care of yourself in a job where you sit and hunch over all day like an artist or streamer, you are definitely more prone to these issues. An artist friend of mine has a ton of back issues simply from bad posture in early days.

I believe you, though. This is what I'll be running with hereonout.

Back injuries are no joke. They really fuck up your life style.

It doesn't even have to be something like that. I slipped in the snow and fell down, and then 1 year later I was bedridden for 20 out of 24 hours each day. I could get up in the mornings and move around for about 4 hours before I had to lie down for the rest of the day, as the pain of simply moving would shoot down my leg and make it impossible to stand or sit up straight. My heart goes out to her. My surgery took about 2 months to recover from, and before that I was out of work for a few months trying to determine what was wrong with me. So I truly hope her issues are not anything like mine and she makes a much speedier recovery than I did.

Makes me wonder if she could reach out to someone like Mousey on advice to set up a temporary bed office/streaming setup.
