That's probably right though, and the "4x more than" part relates to the average person in society. The thing is, in a large number of cases, deviant sexualities like homosexuality and transgenderism are the result of severe childhood abuse. I think when they say this sort of thing without context they're intentionally burying the lede so people assume they're being abused (by adults) for being transsexual, and not that they were so mentally damaged by abuse when they were younger that it fucked them up forever.
