Once the case rate in your area goes into single digits, the infection rate is below 0.80, and the positivity rate is below 5.0% masks have no benefit, at all, in a very literal sense. If all 3 of those criteria are met, your odds of getting COVID by going out in public without a mask fall to less than 1 in 10000. Ridiculously small odds. Your odds of getting a head cold are higher at that point.

The mask mandate has been long overdone for a while, we are at this point in time where the disease is endemic and the Wuflu is going to become the new Spanish flu, so wearing a mask won't stop it and also it's at its weakest. I can't wait until the restrictions are all gone since by now they don't serve that much of a purpose.
