Why so many fatties want top surgery? Do they know how ridiculous they look? Fat men have moobs so keeping your tits is the most logical thing to do to pass.
I really wonder how they'll look if they lose weight, not like they're going to do a diet anyway but imagine.

For bigguns like that, she should have had a Wise incision -- upside down T like a breast reduction to the max. The scars end up a lot shorter and without the massive puckers and dogears this lady has. There's no need to be completely bisected like this.

If you need a mastectomy for actual cancer reasons, do your best to get a referral to an actual breast surgeon who can do plastic surgery.
