Edit: Just doing a bit more research. Tommy has a big sore on his lower leg. So i looked up leg holes in addicts and apparently if you inject into the groin into the femoral vein (preferred method these days apparently) you run risk of fucking it up over time and getting ulcers in your legs. Not sure at what week they do checks on the baby for that kinda stuff. I don't get how Atilla is still in this country. He needs a visit from ICE.
