I do wonder if she'll bring up that subpeona on Hardin (to prove that he and I are the same) that she wanted to be issued(Judge ordered the clerk to not issue it) , in the hearing.

@Null any plans to record this court hearing? I remember a while back you tossed around the idea since Melinda is batshit insane and it could make some decent Gumroad content to help offset the legal expenses.

He would have to seek permission from a judge, who probably won't grant it. Furthermore, it would have to be in one of the "pilot" states, which Virginia (and its federal courts) are not.

He could ask, and pay, for the court to transcribe what happens in that hearing word for word.

I forget, has this Judge actually experienced Melinda in real time before? I can't imagine whatever makes Mel think live hearings are the way for her to go?

Also the fact that the District Court is moving forward on the appeal bond and fees, does that indicate that the appeals court has kicked it back down? The last we heard from the Circuit Judge she was pissed off and gridlocked by Mel's spurious appeals. And non stop filings.

In some jurisdictions you can order a voice recording of the hearing rather than a transcript. It costs like $10-25 and then you can make your own transcript, Instead of paying $$$$ for a court transcript. You are just precluded from broadcasting the audio. Unless you need the transcript for reasons, I'm down for seeing if one can be ordered.

Love how Hardin gets right to the point in this last motion..

Mel & Russell Greer are two people on this earth who thinks they know the law back and forth thanks to paralegal classes which makes this horrifying.
I bet Mel right now is screaming " Color Of Law" all up & down the streets

I'm glad I don't live next door or anywhere near her.

I don't think it would be that interesting. Judging by her appearance on Nick Rekieta's show it's unlikely she would have a meltdown in the courtroom. She isn't nearly as spastic as her posting history would suggest when she has to actually talk to another person.
