As I understand it, Chantal claimed to have a "youtube manager" contacting her. From what I've heard from some of the reaction channels, that's an email every bigger youtuber receives. Doesn't mean you now have a direct contact, just that you can now apply for said "manager". Which Chantal either didn't do, or was rejected, as discussed here
