BSL-4 labs cost more to make and maintain than BSL-3 labs, and the Ukraine is corrupt to the point of parody. I can see some slavic pig requesting the funds to make a BSL-4 then only making a BSL-3 and pocketing the rest. The thing about biolabs in these shit holes is that there is no oversight which is why they like them because they can do things they shouldn't, only problem is the guys running the show there don't have any oversight and eventually they get greedy, or complacent. The next pandemic will absolutely be like Covid where some stupid bastard accidental releases some half baked pathogen or even a fully completed one. On a side note weaponized Influenza is absolutely terrifying and I personally would place it in the MAD category of bio weapons, so to hear from someone who knows more than I that it generally is only marked as BSL-3 is very concerning.

With the Russian Army slowly encircling Kiev, I think now is the appropriate time to start bets on what happens with Zelensky. I normally wouldn’t be down for wagering on the death of most people, but this absolute manlet has both tried to start WWIII at every turn while throwing babushkas and teenagers into combat while he shows off staged photos of him wearing rifle plates in 2020.

What Will Happen to Zelensky?

1. Zelensky does everyone a favor and an heroes himself in the Jew Bunker underneath the capital with Russian troops outside. Azov Battalion gutted.
2. Zelensky surrenders himself to the Russian Army. He either gets executed or becomes Dmitry’s new Jew toy in Siberia.
3. Zelensky is a True Western Hero and dies in a gunfight or trying to rescue nonexistent babies from being shelled in a hospital or something.
4. Zelensky escapes while making videos about how Ukrainians should die for their country.
5. Zelensky dies in the atomic exchange between East and West.
6. Zelensky isn’t even in Kiev, you stupid faggots. The Jews win again.
7. Zelensky gets popped by the CIA who blame it on alt-right Trump supporting crypto miners working for Vladimir Putin.

The goal is to make taking western territory more costly and to aid an insurgency in areas they've already forced the Ukrainian military out of.

There isn't really any point in sending anything more advanced than we already have, it will just be more small arms, anti-tank launchers, stingers, and maybe indirect fire weapons like mortars and artillery. Possibly general explosives or mines if they want to risk the optics, although I could see improvised explosive drones being very useful just like they've been in the middle east.

The bulk of it will probably go towards light vehicles, communication equipment and back end support like fuel, food, and medical supplies.

The actual haul of military goodies was when America bailed out of Afghanistan. Billions worth of hardware and bases left behind for the Taliban and their allies *cough* China *cough* to cannibalize and study.

I don't think it's fair to blame the guy for trying to get EU/NATO to help more in stopping Russia from raping his country.
